Seize the opportunity to transform the digital landscape at Carlsberg Group. As the ecommerce Business Owner for Asia, you’ll be in the center of the action in the Digital Growth and Execution team. This role offers the chance to innovate Carlsberg’s digital route to market, working closely with local teams and external partners. What you’ll be doing
Your main task is to drive the Ecommerce acceleration agenda, in close collaboration with Asian markets. Starting with our pilot markets, you will define, enable, and scale a seamless product offering for digital sales and self-service of Carlsberg’s customers. We are looking for a colleague with a strong commercial understanding of how digital can enable both customers and the business. You should also be comfortable engaging with a varied landscape of stakeholders, to bring the vision to life.
In this role you will:
- Manage the process: Take charge of the development of new digital products from discovery to delivery, ensuring achievement of desired outcomes and milestones.
- Be the voice of the customer: Work closely with local teams and external partners to establish product requirements and prioritize features. Find solutions that meet customer needs, while driving business value at scale.
- Fuel data driven decisions: Continuously gather data, insights, and customer feedback, using this information to identify commercial opportunities and set future product direction.
- Communicate and Engage: Clearly articulate trade-offs and opportunities, engaging with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
What we’re looking for
This role combines product management, with excellent stakeholder management and business orientation.
If you have:
- A strong drive for results, sense of accountability and demonstrated ability to deliver.
- Analytical skills and financial acumen to make complex topics simple, clearly laying out tradeoffs and recommendations. Aptitude to learn fast, to absorb and integrate new facts.
- The ability to inspire change, balancing differing agendas and priorities.
- Technical awareness: This is not an IT role but involves scoping digital products linked with business operations. Candidates need a general understanding of enterprise technology, data and process integration.
- Experience working with agile operating environment and software development.
- 5+ years commercial experience working with ecommerce or digital transformation topics, preferably in combination with operational experience in sales and CPG industry.
- Excellent English communication skills, both in speech and writing.
