Chuyên viên Quản lý Quy trình | Process Management Specialist

Working Location: Hue

Role overview 

  • Analyse, define, optimize, monitor, and control business processes to ensure compliance, achieve strategic goals, and improve performance
  • Conduct internal compliance audit for P1, P2, Inventory Management, COM, and Integrated Management Systems
  • Support Management Team with administrative and operational duties

 

 What you’ll be doing

People Management

  • Supports managing compliance to HSE, food safety and hygiene and standards within the Brewer
  • Supporting Brewery employees in engagement initiatives
  • Supports in organizing site activities

Process Management and other Function Specific Tasks

  • Data processing, reporting and analysis:
    • Daily/Weekly/Monthly analysis/control status of: Purchase Requisition (PR), Purchase Order (PO), Good in Transit, Good receipt status at multiple warehouse locations and highlight risks & opportunities
    • Daily/Weekly/Monthly analysis/control status of: Production Order at multiple production sites and highlight risks & opportunities
  • Routine process compliance audit (P1, Inventory Management, etc.)
  • Routine legal compliance review
  • COM compliance assessment
  • Integrated Management Systems audit
  • Ad hoc projects, reporting and analysis as required from manager
  • Maintain confidentiality

 

What we’re looking for

  • Fluent in local language (spoken and written)
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)

          Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Industrial Management, or equivalent, and relevant experience from working in a similar setup
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in audit, process and inventory management, and ISO systems.
  • Working knowledge of ERP system (Dynamics NAV or equivalent), and MS Office applications
  • Reporting analysis: with experiences of doing improving and design reports according to requirement of business. Do analysis
