Role overview:
The Specialist - Corporate Affairs focuses on implementing internal communication plans to boost employee engagement aligning with the company’s goals. This role also supports and manages external communications (brand PR campaigns, and corporate communication campaigns) to build and strengthen the company’s reputation. Apart from internal & external.
What you’ll be doing:
1.Professional works (60%)
1.1. Employee Engagement:
- Collaborate with HR to develop and execute employee engagement programs that foster a positive work environment and alignment with Carlsberg Vietnam's values.
- Organize and support internal events, townhalls, CSR/sustainability initiatives that strengthen company culture and foster employee connections.
- Collaborate with HR and Corporate Affairs team members to create and promote initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and well-being.
- Support the collection and analysis of employee feedback through surveys, focus groups, and other channels to help guide engagement strategies.
- Assist in monitoring and reporting on the success of engagement initiatives, offering insights for continuous improvement.
1.2. Internal & External Communications:
- Develop and distribute internal communications materials, including newsletters, announcements, and other content for employee-facing platforms (email, intranet, etc.).
- Contribute to the creation and execution of external communication campaigns, including corporate and brand PR activities.
- Support the management of media and stakeholder relationships to enhance the company’s public image.
- Support corporate events, press conferences, and community outreach initiatives to maintain positive relationships with external stakeholders.
- Support successful execution of meaningful events with up to media participants, enhancing corporate identity and media relationships.
2. Budget Management & Administration works (40%)
What we’re looking for
- 2+ years of experience in communications, public relations, admin/finance or a related field
- Good communication skill in both Vietnamese and English
- Good at organizing event, engagement activities and high sense of responsibilities
- Strong ownership of assigned projects/programs
- Good at stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills
- Excellent budget management and admin work
- Excellent teamwork skills and multiple task management
