It is brewed with special Tetra Hops and Spring Barley from Europe to make it more refreshing than other beers.

The Haldia brand name was created as an abbreviation of Hanoi, Lien Doanh (meaning joint venture in Vietnamese) and Danmach (Denmark in Vietnamese). Many beer brands contain the letters DA, usually suggesting the use of Danish brewing technology and equipment.
